More Info About My Practice
I am a qualified psychologist registered with the Malaysian Society of Clinical Psychology (CP1-0224).
With a genuine interest in your life journey, I am passionate to learn about your lived experience and to encourage you to make positive changes in life.
My interest in bringing the best out of people led me to pursue being a clinical psychologist. Since then, I have provided both therapy (individual, couple, & family) as well as psychological assessments in private clinics and NGOs.
In therapy, I use an integrative approach by incorporating techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems and other humanistic modalities such as Rogerian and Existential Therapy. This is catered to your needs as a client.
I have been privileged to work with clients from various age groups and backgrounds including children, teens, adults, LGBTQ and refugee community. Chief among the issues faced by my clients are relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, suicidality, panic attacks, grief and loss, as well as issues related to self-esteem and adjustment.
