It convinces us that the world is scary and the safest place is our home. Anxiety wears many masks, but the best defense is learning how to identify it when it pops into our lives and combat it with a variety of techniques you will learn in therapy. Together we can chip away at social anxiety, relieve your sense of panic, and build strong coping skills that will prepare you for a successful life ahead.
