My Approach to Helping

I approach my job as a therapist as being on a journey. Meeting someone finding out where they have been and where they would like to go and teaming with them to assist them in finding their way to this goal. Often there is no straight line and we may have to take a step back to move forward, and assuring them that it is OK. Through our connection, hard work, and encouraging, it is satisfying see people grow and move forward, to becoming a healthier and better person for themselves and others.

More Info About My Practice

You will find working with me fun, interesting, and challenging. I will use my knowledge and creativity to help you move forward. Let's take this journey together, because I believe there is "Always A Better You!!"

My Role as a Therapist

Is to be your companion, guide, coach, and champion, in a way that will encourage, challenge, and cheer you on as you move forward toward your goal(s).

On the Fence About Going to Therapy?

Let's be honest, going to talk with someone about your issues or concerns is not an easy thing to do. Am I being too sensitive? Is this issue really that serious? Will it even help, are some of the questions many people ask themselves? I will give you an honest assessment and discuss a possible course of direction. From there, you'll have a better feeling of this is the right step for you? Give me a call and let's talk!!
