My Approach to Helping
Are you feeling physically or emotionally drained? Do you struggle to make it through your day, taking care of all your different responsibilities and yourself at the same time? Coping with a chronic illness, chronic pain, or insomnia can be incredibly exhausting and can impact all areas of your life. I can help you get a better night's sleep, feel less stressed, be more engaged at work and at home, and just feel better. I take a warm, collaborative approach to therapy and I believe you know yourself best and I want you to feel like you are an active participant in treatment.
