People often ask me "How can you listen to people's problems all day"? The answer is that underneath all that legitimate pain there is something deeper and more powerful - the resiliency of the human spirit. For me, being witness to that resiliency, courage, and determination is inspiring and humbling.

Often the overall goals people have when seeking the support of therapy is to achieve a sense of inner peace and contentment. We also want to see ourselves as worthy, competent, and lovable; and we want to be lovingly and respectfully seen by others. I specialize in helping people uncover their own unique ability to meet these goals and create the change they want to see in their lives.
My Therapy Focus
Depression, anxiety, loss, relationship conflict, parenting issues, trauma, abuse, and neglect are some of the most common reasons people come to see me. My goal is for you to have a meaningful experience that provides healing at the heart of your concerns.
