My Approach to Helping
My approach is respectful and collaborative and integrates traditional approaches to psychotherapy with more recent and evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy and EMDR. I am a warm and experienced psychotherapist who works with adults suffering from depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, phobias, relationship problems, difficult life transitions, and trauma. I can help improve your understanding of why a relationship isn't working, make sense of the impact of past traumas in your life today, and provide tools and insight for coping with mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and PTSD.
