My Approach to Helping
My practice is dedicated specifically to helping women dealing with OCD and anxiety. Rather than working with many different problems using many different approaches, as you can see from my profile, I specialize in OCD and anxiety related symptoms. I have extensive training in the therapies that are the gold standard for working with these kinds of problems, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Exposure and Response Prevention. My goal is to teach clients active coping strategies to help them get control of their repetitive negative thoughts so they can reach their full potential in their careers and relationships and enjoy their free time.
