My Approach to Helping

I am incredibly proud of you for taking the step to find a therapist. Finding the “right fit,” is imperative and I’d like to share a bit about myself and my style so you can decide what is best for you.
I view therapy as a collaborative process between two teammates. I always offer ample respect, dignity and compassion to all in a nonjudgmental, safe, and healing environment.
I am a strengths based clinician, which means I will focus on the positives when helping you identify and overcome difficulties in your life. Life happens in ways we often cannot control, but I believe it’s all about how we respond that counts most.
I have over six years of experience working with a wide array of issues and populations. However, my area of expertise is mental health andor addictions issues of any kind. I also am adept at navigating career, school, major life transitions, loss, and changes as well. I am all about person-centered motivational enhancement and empowerment. Again, I will always gravitate towards your strengths offered in a therapeutic space.
I warmly welcome the opportunity to conduct a free 15 minute phone or video consultation to see if I may be the best fit for you. My biggest priority is you finding the right person and being comfortable with your selection.
I presently have availability on Sundays 12-6pm and Tuesdays 4-8pm. Thank you.
