"Let your hopes, not your hurts, shape your future" ~ Robert H. Schuller. So many of us are guided by our pasts and our hurts. We sometimes feel stuck and not sure where to go. I am here to support you so that you can create the life and relationships that you want. I am here to provide a safe and supportive space for you to express and explore what healing, hope, and change mean for you. I view it as a deep honor to have the privilege to walk with you as you take this journey of change and discovery.

More Info About My Practice

I work with children (age 6 and up), adolescents, young adults, adults, and families. My practice focuses on helping people in overcoming anxiety (including OCD, phobias, etc.), depression, trauma, and life transitions as well as assisting people to explore their identities. I also work with the LGBTQ+ communities, people of color, and children of immigrants. I work to provide individualized culturally sensitive care. I am trained in providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I teach DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) skills groups for adolescents. I use mindfulness and family therapy in my work.
