My Approach to Helping
I welcome anyone who is curious to explore therapy and how to engage with therapy in their life. Therapy offers a space to sit and be...sometimes even a refuge from day to day life. There is no right or wrong way of being in or showing up to therapy. It is a space for the unseen parts of ourselves to be seen. Where emotions and needs can be openly felt, expressed and better understood.
I work from an approach of curiosity, rather than judgment or labeling, to help identify the behavior or thought patterns in your life that may be hindering your ability to reach peace, stability and joy in your day-to-day life.
