My Approach to Helping
Recovery from mental health or addiction issues can be an extremely difficult process. I believe in taking a collaborative approach with individuals and families to promote better outcomes. I help individuals and families develop an emotional language, effectively communicate thoughts and feelings, solve problems, tolerate negative emotions, improve overall wellbeing, improve and foster relationships, increase confidence and self-esteem and achieve goals. I believe that recovery is achievable as long as there is willingness to change a behavior. I take a holistic approach, addressing all systems and help clients manage all aspects of their life to achieve long-term recovery and outcomes.
