My Approach to Helping
I believe that individuals are resilient, creative, and capable creatures that with the right amount of encouragement and support do amazing things. I became a therapist in order to help individuals find more happiness and overcome obstacles. Whether you are plagued by a mental illness or just have some emotions to sort through, I love helping individuals through this process. I believe in counseling as a tool to help gain awareness, promote insight, and understand our inner workings. Ultimately, I desire to provide a platform that allows the space needed to reach goals and become happier and healthier individuals.
