My Approach to Helping
I want to help you feel the best you've felt in years. I've found that one of the best ways to do that is to work on those negative thought and behavioral patterns that haven't been working for you lately. I will be a cheerleader and empathetic guide on this journey to the new you that you want to be. Therapy is scary for a lot of people, especially if you've never been before (or if you've had a bad experience), but together we can work through the challenges and try new ways of looking at things. We may even be a little silly in the process.
