I have experienced that expressing your true feelings can be difficult. Both adults and children may use acting out (yelling, sarcasm, defensiveness, hitting, tantrums, etc). These behaviors may stem from or lead to depression, anxiety, stress, poor self esteem, etc. I will offer you a safe supportive environment where we will work together to help overcome any distress.
