My Approach to Helping

I am an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor. I have specialized in helping clients with grief and loss, chronic pain and suffering, sexual trauma, PTSD, depression and anxiety, bipolar disorder, as well as have extensive experience working with men’s issues. My focus is working with teens, adults, couples, and men.

I am a passionate, accepting, and warm therapist who loves to laugh. My clients often say they like that I am “real”. My goal is to help you find peace and laughter in your own life by providing the tools and coping skills needed to embrace life, despite its difficulties, in a safe, non-judgmental space that fosters trust, change, and healing.

I am located right off exit 37 North or South, easily accessible from all directions. I’m set up for Covid-19 guidelines for in-office clients and am continuing to offer Telehealth . I have years of experience and am accepting new clients. I love to listen, to share in your sorrow and in your joy, and although the work we'll do will be tough, you’ll leave in a good positive space. Something I truly believe is the strength of laughter. Allow me to help you find the joy you need to laugh again. To love life again. and the peace to rest easy!
