My Approach to Helping
Whether you are struggling to cope with difficult relationships or feel overwhelmed by anxiety, sadness, frustration or loneliness, you don't have to deal with these challenges alone. I offer a trusting and supportive place where you can talk openly about your concerns, gain further understanding and insight, and find new ways of managing your circumstances more effectively. Through this process, you'll feel better about yourself and achieve a greater sense of joy and well being.
With over 15 years clinical experience, I draw upon several treatment approaches to meet the particular needs of each client. These include cognitive behavioural therapy, emotional focused therapy and attachment theory.
My schedule is flexible, offering daytime appointments, two evenings per week plus Saturday mornings.
