My Approach to Helping
I believe the potential for happiness and fulfillment in both one's relationship with themselves and others is universal. Through emotionally focused therapy (EFT) I have been able to help couples and individuals move beyond negative patterns that often leave one stuck which often leads to anger, resentment, and self-criticism. Have you experienced a traumatic event and are looking to heal? Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) is a therapy designed to resolve unprocessed traumatic memories. EMDR enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences.
