Transitions are hard. Sometimes we need help to navigate them. This is true when we anticipate change, when we go through change, and as we adjust to the after effects of change. Whether we initiate the change, or it’s due to the actions of others, an event, or a group of life events, change can be challenging. Even when you think a change will be happy, the transition can trigger a sense of loss and suffering.

I’m an integrative clinician, which means I do not see treatment as “one size fits all.” I use a range of psychological techniques to address the unique needs of the clients I see. Collaboration is always a part of the process.

If we work together, we’ll collaborate to better understand your history and current challenges. We’ll prioritize your concerns, and then craft effective and meaningful steps toward your goals. We’ll do so while working to alleviate distress and promote growth as you move forward.
