My Approach to Helping
I believe in change, in changing for the positive. We all have our baggage, our tapes playing in our head such as "it's all my fault", or "I don't deserve to be happy or any other negative thing that pops in our mind" but what makes a difference is someone that believes in you; believes in the process of change, believes that therapy can and does work helping you find that part of yourself that can believe it to.
