My Approach to Helping
I am an LCSW in Texas with experience working with individuals who are struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, and every day to day stressors. I have worked with clients in both inpatient and outpatient settings for their mental health needs.
My therapy style is interactive and sensitive to your needs. The style of therapy to expect are cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness therapy, and solution-focused therapy. I will focus on your needs at meet you where you are at in your journey through improving your mental health and life goals. Increased self-awareness and reflection can help you improve and assist you with getting where you want to be.
