I have a strong passion for helping people overcome the obstacles that are standing in the way of living a meaningful life. I am a genuine and compassionate person and I will listen with an open mind to whatever your struggle is. Together we can explore what is holding you back and identify realistic ways to manage these difficulties.

More Info About My Practice

I specialize in body mind connection and am dedicated to helping others discover how to become a whole being through self care in body and mind. My private office is located out of a personal training studio, but exercise participation is certainly not a requirement of treatment. Don't let the exercising atmosphere intimidate you, but if it is something you want to be inspired to initiate, I can help with that too.

I am very skilled and experienced at working with people to overcome chronic pain, obesity, diabetes, and similar physical ailments. I am also an expert at helping people become more aware of their physiological response to stress and depression. This is very important in healing. The awareness of one's body can help to identify needs and plan for healthy reactions. Being able to practice self care and self compassion as you push through life's overwhelming struggles will help you to live a more meaningful life.
