High-quality therapy can support you as you board on the reviving endeavor to get the most out of your life, make imperative changes and move toward reaching your potential. This journey can have a strong effect on your relationships, your career, and significantly, your inner self.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist LMFT #98539. I specialize in Integrative Psychotherapy for Individuals and Couples. My professional progress over the past several years focused on helping individuals and couples with trauma related issues, anxiety, depression, relational concerns, self-worth, career problems and more. Additionally, I am certified to offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a specific kind of therapy which is a powerful tool in seizing issues such as PTSD, Relational Trauma, relapse prevention, anxiety, phobias, self-esteem.

Together, we explore what is standing in the way of you having a pleasant and fulfilling life. I will help you move through past experiences, and increase your ability to respond to current situations, instead of reacting or using unhealthy ways of coping. I will help you approach and process complex and challenging emotions and outlooks and provide you with tools for self- regulation.

I believe it is important to find a therapist that is a good match, one you feel comfortable with, and who has expertise in the area you are seeking help in. Look through my website, and if you are interested in working together give me a call or email me to schedule a free 30-minute phone consultation.

More Info About My Practice

I have a multicultural background and speak multiple languages. Before making The Bay Area my home in 2007, I traveled and lived around the world, learning from people of diverse cultures.

I am an Artist, technologist, and therapist. My endless interest and intrigue with human behavior and relationships, as well as my own healing of cultural and personal trauma, influenced my decision of studying psychotherapy. I received my Master of Arts degree from JFK University and my Business Technology Management and Design degrees from Ryerson University, Toronto, Canada.

My View on the Purpose of Psychotherapy

I view therapy as a unique opportunity to understand yourself more deeply and achieve changes you want in your life.

I believe in the healing power of psychotherapy, a warm caring relationship, and room to grow in your own unique direction. Through our work together, you will begin to experience deeper connection and congruence in your relationships and your career, an increased feelings of self- assurance, and a whole sense of fulfillment in your life.

My Role as a Therapist

During my long and storied journey over many years and multiple careers in multiple countries, I've cultivated a unique skill set and the uncanny ability to connect with people with various backgrounds, beliefs, and sexual orientations. I work with all age group (children, youth, adolescents, adults, elderly, individuals, couples, and families); help them with issues including anxiety, depression, past traumas, relationship issues, grief and loss, and personal growth.

I blend expertise and intuition, drawing from a wide-ranging toolkit to creatively meet each client's personality, interest, and goals.

I am particularly efficacious in helping people sort out complicated clutters of thoughts and feelings, thus becoming clear on what values are in conflict and what one really wants. With couples and families, I help to cultivate productive conversation that reduces attack and blame.

I become my clients' trusted ally, offering exercises and practical tools when appropriate, and listening with compassion and acceptance when a caring presence is what they need most. My goal as your therapist is to help you access your inborn power to turn moments of uncertainty into perceptive clarity.
