My Approach to Helping
Here is the thing... Life is getting hard. REALLY hard. The truth is that our mental health was never intended to maintain itself. It is not a self-tuning machine. How can we expect our complex mental and emotional systems to stay in tip-top shape without attention or care? Not possible. As long as we are living and breathing humans on this earth, preservation of mental and emotional health will be as detrimental to our survival as our physical health. Therapy is for anyone who wants to heal or improve those mental and emotional systems. In other words, therapy is for anyone who wants to live, love, think, and feel better.
I am a psychotherapist and I love what I do. I work hard to preserve my peace and the life I wish for myself, and I want to work hard to do the same for you.
The areas I am most effective in include reducing anxiety and learning how to develop healthy and happy relationships (of any kind). My sweet spot is working with burnout and high stress, and just feeling stuck. If you are going through a period of serious stress (aren\'t we all), feel burned out at work or home, and can\'t see a way out... I am your person. I\'ve got you.
