I believe in the healing, transformative power of psychotherapy. I offer you the chance to embark on a process of healing and personal growth in a compassionate, supportive setting. Therapy can help you manage stress and anxiety and it can also help you deal with a variety of difficult emotions. My goal is to support you through periods of change while learning about yourself and developing strategies for achieving your personal goals.

I am highly sensitive to loss and grief and can help you navigate this painful emotional terrain at a pace that feels comfortable to you. I specialize in helping my clients recover from anxiety, depression, trauma, traumatic loss, bereavement and grief, and relationship difficulties. I help my clients gain confidence and increase their ability to connect with others.
