My Approach to Helping
As we move through our lives we are faced with changes due to moving, dating, our schooling, marriage, divorce, death, illness, career/job changes, and caregiving to our children and/or our parents. Often, our learned coping methods do not help us navigate the new situations in our lives. I work with clients to develop their skills of resilience and areas of strength to develop new ways of adapting to their changed worlds. My approach is collaborative because, at the end of the day, I want my clients to live the lives they desire with the skills they have developed through our work.
