My Approach to Helping
Have you ever felt unsure of how to handle life transitions? Is it difficult for you to find gratitude in life or heal from the past? My specialty is working with clients with issues that include anxiety, life transitions, parenting problems, relationships conflicts, stress management, grief, and loss. In addition, I have worked closely with clients in relation to emotional trauma.
My approach to therapy is client-centered and collaborative. Clients will do the work to find themselves but I will provide the tools necessary to do so. I believe in helping clients find the best version of themselves and release unwanted thought patterns to become better. We will discuss specific needs and goals you have from therapy. I treat all my clients with respect and care during the therapeutic process.
