My Approach to Helping
My focus is to help you explore yourself in healthy ways to delve into what all is, or may be, creating your current issues or reality. We are all complex, and due to this, problems can arise which lead to decisions and actions that lead to good and bad consequences. I want to work with you to help lead you on the path of self-discovery, and self-acceptance. This will allow you to create your own goals, create your own outcomes, and achieve a life that you are more in control of, and wanting to live. I work in a systemic view that you are not alone, and nothing happens for no reason. Who you have around you will affect you, as well as what you have experienced in the past. Improving all areas in your life is beneficial for you to achieve your goals and maintaining them.

How Psychotherapy Can Help
I believe psychotherapy can help you grow within yourself, and within relationships, to create more meaningful and positive changes. This growth is not just created within the therapy sessions, it will also take place at home and other areas to allow you to continue to live a life that you want to live. Whether it is learning to say "No", or even to say "Yes", to learn to accept yourself, or love yourself. Problems can come from many sources, so finding out what these are, making them apparent, and working with them to not let them control your actions and reality anymore.
