I believe that at the core of our "woman's issues", lies invaluable wisdom to help us move forward. Every woman experiencing the emotional challenges associated with anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar disorder or other mood irregularities, relationship challenges, damaged self-esteem, emotional eating and other body image issues can learn from these challenges and significantly improve her ability to cope with and manage these overwhelming aspects of her life.
Blessed with many years of training, over 20 years of experience, and having worked with countless women uniquely positions me as an authority on women's mental health issues. Counseling sessions with me are structured to provide an opportunity for you to cultivate a healthy perspective for moving forward while developing effective coping skills that support you on your journey.

What Makes up a Problem?
When something is not working well in our lives, sometimes the problem is evident.
