My Approach to Helping
I believe that the largest hurdles we face in life present the greatest opportunities for growth. Therapy is an excellent resource for rediscovering your internal strengths and building upon your resilience.
I specialize in working with individuals and couples who are facing obstacles within their communication systems, emotional and sexual connections, and sense of intimacy. I also work with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, stress, or feeling disconnected from themselves or their relationships, as well as those wishing to explore matters of identity and sexuality. As a multicultural person, I enjoy meeting with individuals from diverse backgrounds in a nonjudgmental and inclusive environment.
My approach to therapy is warm, interactive, and supportive. I incorporate tools from an array of evidence-based practices and am passionate about remaining up-to-date on new developments in the realms of mental health and psychology, bringing the most current and holistic approaches to wellbeing to our sessions.
