She establishes a trusting, empathetic, genuine, and supportive relationship. Her work focuses on the strengths of each client because she believes that practice can help us each access the innate ability to solve life’s problems.
Rocio helps clients manage difficulties, achieve their goals, and create the positive futures they want. She utilizes an integrative approach tailored to each client’s needs. She focuses on the mental, spiritual, emotional, and physical aspects of each client’s struggles. She knows that it can be hard to ask for help, but she also knows that doing so is a brave first step toward healing.
