My Approach to Helping

I am a licensed independent therapist providing mental wellness counseling by way of a positive, holistic approach. I believe that counseling is a collaborative effort in which I support individuals in improving the quality of their life. I believe we are all doing the best we can with the tools we have and are striving to present as our best version of self. Using a Gestalt approach increases self-esteem, self-acceptance, and new ways of being in relationship with one’s environment thereby promoting positive change and wellness. I believe an investment in yourself yields the best return. I invite you to enter a collaborative, supportive relationship to assist during transitions such as relationship concerns, break-ups, divorce, bereavement, other life transitions, professional and personal growth. Insurance is not needed; and services are offered at a rate that is affordable for you.
