My Approach to Helping
I help individuals and couples who are seeking to overcome recurring challenges. It is sometimes possible to face these issues alone, but another set of ears and eyes can make surmounting these obstacles much easier. Challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and low self-esteem are often more complex than they appear. We'll closely observe your experiences of yourself and your relationships. Over time, you might begin to see and do things differently and with a greater sense of freedom.
