Whether you are struggling with mental health, substance use, or relationships, change is essential, and apart of life. I understand taking steps toward change is a difficult task to do alone, so I'm always here to assist you every step of the way. My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
I have worked with adults, adolescents, families, and couples from different cultural backgrounds. I have worked closely with individuals who have struggled with anger, trauma, relationship concerns, anxiety and depression. I'm trained and efficient in multiple therapeutic approaches that will best serve you, and your specific treatment goals.
