My Approach to Helping
Most of life’s problems can be understood as relationship problems. It seems to be true that people struggle with three main relationships:
Relationship with self
Relationship with others
Relationship with life’s meaning (Religion or Spirituality)
Which of these relationships could you improve or deepen? Each one of them holds great potential for peace, happiness, abundance, and meaning. And each one of them can cause innumerable worries, anxieties, and depression when they are out of balance.
