My Approach to Helping
Everyone has a past that influences their journey and the path they have decided to take. The perceptions of others and the way that we perceive ourselves can lead to much emotional turmoil if not expressed/masked, and coming to therapy can become the first step to the unmasking process. Richelle expresses unconditional positive regard, empathic understanding, and genuineness within the therapeutic relationship. She views these as key ingredients for positive growth and changes within each individual.
