My Approach to Helping
Let's face it. Life can be really hard sometimes.
Relationships get complicated, work and family responsibilities take their toll. It's easy to get lost in the shuffle.
Add on top of it a difficult or invalidating childhood, and happiness can seem fleeting or even unattainable.
I believe that people are inherently resilient and that we all need support at times to work through the really difficult things life presents to us. That's why I'm here.
My job is to help you uncover your inner strength, help you with effective coping skills, and encourage you to create and achieve the life you're aiming for.
If you're looking for a safe, supportive place to be the real you, to explore and accept your thoughts and feelings, process your struggles and celebrate your successes, give me a call. I am happy to help.
More Info About My Practice

I am happy to help you determine the best fit for your individual needs and will do my best to accommodate special requests.
On the Fence About Going to Therapy?
Wondering if therapy is the best next step? I get it; I was once in your shoes. Here are a few things to think about:
-Have you been struggling for awhile on your own, going 'round and 'round about a problem that keeps getting in the way of your goals and happiness?
-Are things getting worse or not getting better, despite your efforts to make changes?
-Do you avoid doing things or going places because it all feels too overwhelming?
-Are you hoping for better relationships with family members, coworkers, friends... yourself?
-Would you like to wake up in the morning feeling content, joyful, and even excited about the day and your future?
-Maybe you're feeling lost at this point, not really sure what the problem is or why you're suffering...
Going to therapy is a sign of strength. We all have problems, and we all struggle with the life we're living. If you would like to let go of the past and move forward with the support of someone truly committed to your goals and well-being, therapy may be the answer you've been looking for.
