My Approach to Helping
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC4187) and have over 25 years of professional counseling experience. I earned a Masters of Arts in Counseling from Rollins College in 1993 and have been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor since 1995. I specialize in working with many issues and populations: adult survivors of childhood trauma, anxiety, and depression, marital and couples counseling, all forms of addiction, grief recovery as well as family, child, teen counseling. I have worked in a variety of settings including private practice, intensive outpatient and inpatient. I am also a Charter Member of the American Association of Christian Counselors.
I had the honor of completing an internship with the US NAVY. I also served as the Clinical Director of a major Central Florida chemical dependency treatment program. I have had extensive experience teaching and speaking at workshops and seminars and served as producer and co-host for a popular mental-health related daily radio program.
From a wealth of clinical experience, I am able to tailor a treatment approach that is unique to every client. If you would like more information or would like to schedule an appointment, please call (407) 654-5700 and speak with Cassie or Jodi or email me directly.
