My Approach to Helping
Life can get difficult and there are times when we all need a little help coping with worry, anxiety, and the increasing stresses of life. Some of these problems may be the result of a recent crisis, or perhaps they've been around for quite some time. Regardless - working together we can create a personalized treatment plan to help you cope, resolve your difficulties and/or move through them in a healthy way. It takes courage to ask for help. My intention is to create a safe, non-judgmental environment for you to explore, process, and heal from whatever you bring to therapy.
