My Approach to Helping
People are biologically wired for connection and the need to feel they belong in relationships, family, and community. I believe that authentic and connected relationships are the path to healing, contentment, and fulfillment in life. No matter the struggle; anxiety, depression, substance use, grief, trauma, general dissatisfaction or discomfort in life, therapy provides a safe space to explore your experiences. I offer a safe, structured, non-judgmental environment, where you can feel free to determine the change YOU desire and be supported while achieving your goals. Every person holds within themselves exactly what they need to create change in their lives. My job is to support you in identifying and accessing those resources.
My therapeutic work has included individual, couple, and family work in residential and outpatient substance treatment, in a private practice setting, and in a non-profit environment. I am continually learning and challenging myself so that I can provide the best possible knowledge base and experience for you. I look forward to hearing from you.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist
It is an absolute privilege to walk with you on your journey to healing. I am consistently inspired and awe-struck by the innate resilience and powerful insights that therapeutic work inspires. I whole-heartedly believe in the inherent goodness of humankind and it is an honor to witness your growth, development of self-compassion, and a connection to your authentic being.
Important Factors for Choosing a Therapist
