My Approach to Helping
When someone asks how you are, the words 'exhausted' or 'so busy' come to mind. Trying to be all things to all people is wreaking havoc on you. But you don't answer; you can't wait to change the subject & focus on something or someone else. It's a welcome distraction to focus on other people who come to you with their problems; besides, you like to help, it makes you feel good. But you have worries, too. Good sleep is a luxury these days. Anxiety is no longer fuel for your never-ending to-do list; it's now getting in the way & sucking the fun out of everything. You're ready to stop pretending it's not wearing you out. I can help.
Need to vent? That's a good place to start; but we don't stop there. We work with your strengths, goals & unique worldview to decide the way forward that best suits you.
