My Approach to Helping
I am interested in helping individuals, couples and families cultivate healthier relationships and transform areas needed to strengthen bonds and navigate through life's uncertainty. I enjoy helping people gain access to a more enriched fulfilling life. Prior to earning a Masters in Counseling Psychology, I carried more than 20 years of experience in facilitating therapeutic trainings and techniques that lower anxiety and bring families together. My approach is relational, collaborative, and direct.
My therapy style is based on the specific needs of each client. If you're looking for support and guidance through a challenging situation or you're simply ready to move in a new direction, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals. Through psychodynamic and mindfulness work, I offer short-term and longer-term treatment options. Sessions are available in-person.
