My Approach to Helping
Find your calm. If you are seeking focused, shorter-term treatment for difficulties with behavior, or life problems, I encourage you to reach out! I am interested in helping individuals, couples and families transform their relationships, manage their moods effectively, and navigate through life's transitions. I enjoy helping people cultivate their strengths so they may gain access to a more enriched fulfilling life. Prior to earning a Masters in Counseling Psychology, I carried more than 20 years of experience in facilitating therapeutic trainings and techniques that lower anxiety and bring families together. My approach collaborative, empathetic, and non-judgmental.
My therapy style is based on the specific needs of each client. If you're looking for support and guidance through a challenging situation or you're simply ready to move in a new direction, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals. Through psychodynamic and mindfulness work, I offer short-term and longer-term treatment options. Sessions are available in-person.
