My Approach to Helping
I treat a range of issues and symptoms including anxiety disorders, OCD, depression, relationship problems, grief and loss, and trauma. I believe that by better understanding ourselves we learn to respond to situations in healthier ways. Psychotherapy provides insight and self awareness which can lead to positive change and personal growth.
