I am trained in EMDR, evidence-based therapy for trauma processing. In addition, I utilize Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) for an integrated approach with EMDR or, as a stand-alone approach for those who prefer not to engage in EMDR. I have experience in providing treatment for depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, C-PTSD, PTSD.
