My Approach to Helping
I am trained in cognitive-behavioral, narrative, rational-emotive behavioral, and solution-focused therapies. Every situation is different and deserves the proper care needed to address each issue. My desire is to meet people ‘in the moment’ and help to navigate them to a new self-discovery and resiliency. I seek to empower and enlighten people, with a motivational and encouraging approach that adjusts to each individual and help them to reach their highest and most fulfilling potential.
HobbiesInterests: I enjoy playing the piano, watching old movies and current action movies as well. I love spending time with my three adult sons, their wives, and my 5 beautiful grandchildren.
