My Approach to Helping
As an individual and as a therapist, I truly believe individuals do the best they can to survive the environments they are in. Are you feeling ‘ok’? You know, that feeling that everything in your life is ‘manageable’ yet you are left feeling unfulfilled or feeling empty. This is usually a sign that your method of surviving is on automatic and is no longer serving you. It’s time for a change, you’ve been feeling the need for a change yet don’t know where to start. As a therapist I can help you explore where you are (individually, in your relationships, work and family). After exploring areas of strength and areas of needed change, therapy sessions are tailored to fit your long term goals. As a therapist, I work collaboratively with clients to help them identify their short term and long term goals (i.e. adjusting to current life stressors, Increasing your confidence to make the changes in your life, increasing connection in relationships).
