Hello, I'm Regent.
Do you feel overwhelmed by your current relationships, circumstances, and environment? I work with adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety and depression symptoms, utilizing a person-centered approach to create coping strategies and communication skills.
I offer a confidential space to vent and work on day-to-day issues that are continually changing and transforming. I will assist with coaching you on finding mindfulness and feeling confident in your mind and spirit.
In all of our sessions together, I will provide a judgment-free zone so that you can be comfortable speaking freely and process any concerns, issues, or traumas. Let's come together and create a plan centered on your needs and help reduce your stress!
