More Info About My Practice
Rebecca works with individuals to work through personal struggles and relationship difficulties; to identify strengths, recognize patterns, and develop coping skills; and ultimately, initiate life change. She also works with couples to address relationship issues, improve communication skills, and address and resolve conflict.
Rebecca's practice is built on an integrative and realistic approach. The interventions that she uses with her clients are evidence-based and include CBT, mindfulness, narrative therapy and social learning.
Uniquely You is rooted in the belief that all of our stories are important, real, and valid. By exploring your story in a safe space without judgment, you will have the opportunity to not only heal, but learn; and as a result, create change in your life.
