Or maybe you have been anxious and feeling panicked, I am here to offer you support and the tools that are instrumental in finding the stability you are searching for. Whether you are feeling uneasy about a relationship, or your inner monologue has shifted, therapy with me will help you navigate all of your emotions in a safe space.
In therapy, I implement effective methods to instill self-understanding among clients and encourage them to adopt new attitudes and feelings towards life situations. I encourage non-conventional therapy interventions such as mindfulness, movement, and yoga in addition to therapy - I feel it is important to connect both mind and body.
