My Approach to Helping
Maintaining balance in life can sometimes feel impossible. The clients I see are struggling with anxiety, stress and are often overwhelmed with doing too much. They have exhausted what they thought would've helped and are uncertain of what to do next. These clients are usually going through a transition. Some are navigating high school, while others are learning better communication skills or coping with a physical injuryillness; doing their best to keep it all together. These clients aren't used to struggling and are looking for tools to understand and learn how they can get their life or relationship back on track.
I primarily work with clients wanting to make changes in their life or relationships. They want to have a better understanding of themselves and to discover more about how to approach family issues, physical health challenges, career or relationships. They may not know where to start or what is getting in the way, but they know they need a better solution.
I understand the difficulties these clients face. It can feel overwhelming to unpack what’s getting in the way, to trust yourself and create change. We need compassion and unbiased support through this process. I take a mind-body approach, meaning we will explore multiple pathways to support healing. I’m here to offer feedback and help you find clarity.
