Knowing you, and helping you find your way is the most important work I can imagine doing. I am privileged to help adults of all ages who have worked hard to make changes in their lives, yet wonder why their efforts have been unsuccessful. Frankly, it's tough to do it alone. But fortunately, the source of your issues can be addressed with research-backed, effective techniques like EMDR therapy coupled with other modalities. I practice from a whole health perspective--mental, physical, social, emotional, creative, intellectual, and spiritual. I do not feel we can separate aspects of ourselves and be healthy. Together, we'll explore your whole self and your issues with radical honesty and open mindedness, always striving for maximum self-awareness.
Some of the methods I use include EMDR, a psychotherapy that enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that result from disturbing life experiences; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; Psychodynamic Therapy; and Mindfulness.
